What does the campaign unlock include?

Verdant Reach 1–5 are free and replayable. One permanent purchase gives access to the remaining 40 levels in all three difficulties. Complete levels to advance; the purchase preserves your trial progress and does not instantly complete the campaign.

The US base price is $4.99. Check the App Store payment sheet for your local price. There are no ads, subscriptions or real-money Gem packs. Heroes, blueprints and upgrades are earned through play.

How do I restore my purchase?

  1. Connect to the internet and use the same Apple Account for App Store purchases.
  2. Open the game's Settings and select the campaign access / Restore button.
  3. Select Restore in the campaign panel. The campaign map's Campaign button also opens this panel.

Restore recovers campaign access, not deleted progress. It does not recover lost Stars, Gems, Guards, blueprints or completed levels.

Verified ownership supports offline play. If a purchase is pending, access unlocks after Apple confirms it. If access is still missing, retry Restore and contact support. If you already own the unlock, you do not need to buy it again.

Apple manages payment history and refund requests. For a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem service. A verified refund or revocation removes paid campaign access without deleting local progress.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress is stored on this device. The game has no account-based cloud save or automatic progress transfer between devices. Removing the app or clearing its storage can permanently remove your progress. Avoid reinstalling while troubleshooting a save problem.

An unfinished battle does not resume after the app is closed by the system or terminated. Guards already consumed remain spent.

Why is another difficulty starting fresh?

Standard is the default. Casual, Standard and Veteran each keep separate level unlocks, Stars, Gems, Guards, heroes, blueprints, upgrades and discoveries. Settings and campaign purchase ownership are shared. Switch back to a difficulty to continue its campaign.

How do Gems and Disaster Guards work?

Earn Gems by winning levels. Replay victories from Verdant 5 onward award one Gem. Spend Gems on optional blueprints and Disaster Guards in the Shop; Gems cannot be bought with money.

A Guard can prevent a disaster's tower loss or immediately recover the lost tower with its upgrades. Unused Guards stay in your inventory. Guards belong to the difficulty where you earned or bought them.

What should I include in a report?

Never send your Apple Account password, payment-card details or verification codes.
